<br />THAT WHPREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RICKY L PAPINEAU and
<br />VICKI PAPINEAU, HUSBAND AND WIFE , to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
