<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Alfredo Ascencion and Blanca E.

<br />to United Nebraska Bank , Trustee for the
<br />benefit of United Nebraska Bank . the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated August 20 1997 & and recorded Atha ust_ 26 1D7 & in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hail � 3—' County, Nebraska �'aZ' � , in Book at
<br />Page or Document No. 97- 106964 & ofithe6�t Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance a execute and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The South 52 feet of the following described tract, Viz: part of what was formerly Block 6, of South
<br />Grand Island, of part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4NW7 /4) of Section 22,
<br />Township 11, North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows: Beginning at a point 66 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Block 6, South Grand
<br />island, running thence West parallel with the North boundry line of said Block for a distance of 132
<br />feet, running thence east parallel with the North line of said Block for a distance of 132 feet and
<br />running thence north, along and upon the East boundary line of said Block for a distance of 132 feet
<br />to the place of beginning.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
