<br />This is to certify that there is pending in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />a proceeding entitled Patricia A. Hartman Estate No. PR18 -4, in which proceeding the
<br />following- described real estate is involved:
<br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Section Ten (10), Township Ten (10),Range Nine (9), West of the
<br />6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The North one -half (N1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), Section Ten (10), Township Ten
<br />(10), Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
