Adams, as Trustor, on May 23, 2017 and recorded on May 23, 2017 at <br />Instrument No. 201703416 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska in <br />which ABC Metro, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, has received from said Beneficiary a written request to reconvey said property as the loan <br />secured by the Deed of Trust has been paid in full <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, thelttndersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to Jana L.
