<br />the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Hospital Authority No. I of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, does hereby release and forever discharge Region III
<br />Facilities Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation, its employees, representatives
<br />and ae -igns, of all and from all claims, demands, causes of action, obliga-
<br />tions, damages and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, whether legal or
<br />equitable, whether now know or not known, suspected or claimed, uhieh the
<br />undersigned has ever had, in the past, by reason, or on account of, or rising
<br />nut of, o- ax a result of or relating to the "Project" pursuant to a Site
<br />Lease dated July 1, 1979, between Region III Facilities Corporation, as
<br />Lessor, and Hospital Authority No. I of Hall County, Nebraska, as Lessee,
<br />filed or. Auiust 9, 1979, as Instrument No. 79- 005188; pursuant to a Lease
<br />dated July 1, 1979, by and between Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Lessor, and Region III Facilities, es Lessee, filed on August 9,
<br />1979, as Coe u:acat No. 79- 005189; and pucsuar.t to an Amendment to Lease
<br />Agreement between Hospital Authority Nc. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Regiov. III Facilities Corporation, filed June 10, 1979, as Document No.
<br />80- 002643.
<br />The undersigned agree that in making this release, they rely on their own
<br />judgment, belief, and knowledge and not on representations or statements made
<br />by any person uu persons hereby released or anyone representing them.
<br />This release contains the entire agreement between the parties and no
<br />representation not contained herein shall be admissible to establish induce-
<br />ment of the settlement. This agreement shall be binding upon the undersigned,
<br />its employees, re o re seatatives and assigns.
