<br />filed on August 9, 1979, as Dontment No. 79- 005190; and pursuant to an
<br />Amendment to Sublease dated June 1, 1980, by and between Region III Facilities
<br />Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation, as Sublessor; and Mid - Nebraska Mental
<br />Retardation SavicaA, Inc., a Nebraska non- profit Corporation, as Subleases;
<br />filed on June 10, 1980, as Document No. 80- 002644.
<br />The undersigned agree that in making this release, they rely on their own
<br />judgment, belief, and knowledge and not on representations or statements made
<br />by any person or persona hereby released or anyone representing them.
<br />This release contains the entire agreement between the parties and no
<br />representation not contained herein shall be admissible to establish induce-
<br />ment of the settlement. This agreement shall be binding upon the undersigned,
<br />its employees, representatives and assigns.
