<br />the receipt of which is hereby ack.mwledged, Region III Facilities
<br />Corporation, a Nebraska Corporation, does hereby release and forever discharge
<br />Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska, its employees, represen-
<br />tatives and assigns, of all and from all claims, demands, causes of action,
<br />obiigations, damages and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, whether legal
<br />or equitable, whether re., known or not known, suspected or claimed, which the
<br />under,ig-,ea has giver had, in the past, by reason, or on account of, or rising
<br />out of, or as a result of or relating to the "Project" pursuant to a Site
<br />Lease dated July 1, 1979, between Region III Facilities Corporr Lion, as
<br />Lessor, and Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska, as Lessee,
<br />filed on August 9, 1979, as Instrument No. 79- 005188; pursuant to a Lease
<br />dated July 1, 1979, by and between Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Lessor, and Region TIT Facilities, as Lessee, filed an August 9,
<br />1979, as Document No. 79- 005189; and pursuant to an Amendment to Lease
<br />Agreement between Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Region SIT Facilities Corporation, filed June 10, 1979, as Document No.
<br />80- 002, -.3.
<br />The undersigned agree that in making this release, they rely on their own
<br />judgment, belief, and knowledge and not on representations or statement, made
<br />by anv person or persons hereby released or anyone representing them.
<br />This release contains the entire agreement between the parties and no
<br />re ores eutstion not contained herein shall be admissible to establish induce-
<br />ment of the settlement. This agreement shall be finding upon the undersigned,
<br />its employees, r ap,seatativ,,, and assigns.
