<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated May 2, 2017, and Assignment of Rents dated May 2, 2017, executed by PATTI R JENSEN; A
<br />Single Person; as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument NO
<br />201702897, on the 3 of May, 2017, and as Instrument NO 201702898 on the 3 of May, 2017, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 607, THE YANCEY, A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM IN
<br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION RECORDED ON OCTOBER 17, 1984, UNDER DOCUMENT
<br />NO. 84- 005507 OF THE COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents has
<br />been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust and
<br />Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 24th day of August, 2018.
