Legal Description: The <br />West 50.5 Feet of Lot 1, in <br />Buenavista Subdivision in the <br />City 'of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />3. The taxpayer name and in <br />whose name the tax assess- <br />ment is made is: Nicolas Her- <br />nandez and Zenaida Hernan- <br />dez, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants. <br />4. The amount of the Tax Cer- <br />tificate No. 20150023, as- <br />sessed for the year 2013 is: <br />$1,164.44. <br />5. The amount of subsequent <br />taxes paid by the Purchaser for <br />the years 2014, 2015, and <br />2016 Is: $3,343.26. <br />6. Interest has accrued on the <br />taxes assessed.
