<br />of the records and files of the Grand Island Independent, and affiant
<br />knows of his /her own personal knowledge that said newspaper has a bona
<br />fide circulation of more than 500 copies of each issue, has been published at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, for more than 52 weeks successively prior to the
<br />first publication of the annexed printed notice, and is a legal newspaper
<br />under the statutes of the State of Nebraska; that the annexed printed notice
<br />was published in said newspaper.

<br />ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE
<br />68801
<br />b. Legal Description: The
<br />West 50.5 Feet of Lot 1, in
<br />Buenavista Subdivision in the
<br />City 'of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />3. The taxpayer name and in
<br />whose name the tax assess-
<br />ment is made is: Nicolas Her-
<br />nandez and Zenaida Hernan-
<br />dez, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants.
<br />4. The amount of the Tax Cer-
<br />tificate No. 20150023, as-
<br />sessed for the year 2013 is:
<br />$1,164.44.
<br />5. The amount of subsequent
<br />taxes paid by the Purchaser for
<br />the years 2014, 2015, and
<br />2016 Is: $3,343.26.
<br />6. Interest has accrued on the
<br />taxes assessed. The amount
<br />of interest to March 13, 2018 is
<br />$1,253.48.
<br />Please be advised, pursuant to
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat 77- 1831(2009),
<br />that the issuance of a,tax deed
<br />is subject to the right of re-
<br />demption under Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. 77-1824 to 77- 1830. The
<br />right of redemption requires
<br />payment to the county treas-
<br />urer, for the use of such pur-
<br />chaser, or his or her heirs or
<br />assigns, of the amount of taxes
<br />represented by the tax sale
<br />certificate for the year the
<br />taxes were levied or assessed
<br />and any subsequent taxes paid
<br />and interest accrued as of the
<br />date payment is made to the
<br />county treasurer.
