Paulina Land Holdings 10 LLC caused the notice to be served by publication in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77 -1834 and 77 -1835 in Grand Island Independent, a newspaper published in Hall County, and having a general circulation in Hall County, which notice was published for three consecutive weeks, with the last publication not being less than three months prior to the Application for the tax deed. Proof of publication by affidavit of the publisher, manager or other employee of Grand Island Independent is attached hereto as Exhibit "D" and incorporated herein. 8.
