Stat. § 77 -1833. <br />7. Paulina Land Holdings 10 LLC caused the notice to be served by publication in accordance <br />with Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 77 -1834 and 77 -1835 in Grand Island Independent, a newspaper <br />published in Hall County, and having a general circulation in Hall County, which notice was <br />published for three consecutive weeks, with the last publication not being less than three months <br />prior to the Application for the tax deed. Proof of publication by affidavit of the publisher, <br />manager or other employee of Grand Island Independent is attached hereto as Exhibit "D" and <br />incorporated herein. <br />8.
