Certain rules regarding the usage of words used in this document are also provided in Section 16. <br />(A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated August 27, 2018, together with all Riders to this <br />document. <br />(B) "Borrower" is PHILIP C ZELLER and REBACCA F ZELLER; AS HUSBAND AND WIFE. Borrower is the trustor under <br />this Security Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is Town & Country Bank. Lender is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Nebraska. <br />Lender's address is Town & Country Bank. Kearney Branch, 6005 2nd Ave West, Kearney, NE 68847. <br />(D) "Trustee" is West Gate Bank. <br />(E) "MERS" is Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. MERS is a separate corporation that is acting solely as a <br />nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns.
