<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust JEROME A KROLIKOWSKI AND
<br />DEANNA M KROLIKOWSKI HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 30, 2000 and recorded
<br />SEPTEMBER 21, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 0200007770 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT ONE (1), JADAK SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together' with all buildings, fixtwes, finpwvemmts and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />promiries.
