Felske, were the owners as joint <br />tenants, of the following described real estate: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE114) of Section Twenty -Six (26), Township <br />Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE114); thence Northerly <br />along the West line of said Southeast Quarter (SEI14) a distance of One Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety -Five and <br />Forty -Six Hundredths Feet (1895.46') to a point on the Southwesterly right -of -way line of Highway 2; <br />thence Southeasterly along said highway right -of -way line a distance of Three Thousand One Hundred <br />Thirty -Nine and Six Hundredth Feet (3139.06') to a point on the South line ,of said Section Twenty -Six <br />(26) thence Westerly along the South line of said Section Twenty -Six (26) a distance of Two Thousand <br />Five Hundred Sixty -three and Twenty -three Hundredths Feet (2563.23') to the place of beginning; LESS <br />Lot 1 Felske Subdivision and LESS Deed to the State of Nebraska recorded June 23, 1983 as Instrument #83003270. <br />
