KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />LARRY J KELLY AND ARLENE F KELLY, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JUNE 10, 1986 and recorded JULY 7, 1986 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS OF
<br />HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT NO 86- 103653 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />RECORDS AT PAGE 237 OF THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
