SAID UTILITY EASEMENT CONTAINS 0.52 ACRES OR 22,459.75 SQ FT. WHEREAS, agreements for such easements have been reviewed and approved by the City Legal Department; and Attest: RaNae Edwards, City Clerk WHEREAS, there is no cost for the acquisition of such easements. 201805386 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to enter into the agreements for the public utility / access easements on the above described tracts of land. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
