Cadwalader, a single person and <br />Janet M. Griffin and Stephen J. Griffin, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Michael G. Hargens and Angela K.
