1 <br />RESOLUTION 2018 -217 <br />WHEREAS, public utility easements are required by the City of Grand Island, from <br />the property owners of Parcel No. 400023946, 400023903 and400023911, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br />Parcel No. 400023946 - <br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13, BOSSELMAN BROTHERS <br />SUBDIVISION; THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF N26 °37' 10 "W, ALONG THE WEST LINE <br />OF SAID LOT 13, A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE <br />CONTINUING N26 °37' 10 "W, ALONG SAID WEST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 29.77 FEET; THENCE <br />N84 °33'25 "E A DISTANCE OF 82.49 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF AN EXISTING 40' <br />UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENT; THENCE S63 ° 24' 12 "W, ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF SAID <br />EXISTING 40' UTILITY AND ACCESS EASEMENT, A DISTANCE OF 76.92 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING.
