JONES and JERED S. JONES dated August /f, 2018 JERED S. JONES has <br />executed a certain Right of First Refusal under date of August /ft 2018 granting to MICHAEL <br />S. JONES, a right of first refusal to purchase the following described real estate, pursuant to the <br />terms and conditions set forth in said Right of First Refusal, to -wit: <br />A tract of land being the East 700.0 feet of Government Lot Two (2), Section <br />Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />All accretions to real estate described on the attached Exhibit "A" which are <br />shown and identified on the survey attached thereto, marked Exhibit "B" as Accr. <br />to Pt.
