<br />UTILITIY EASEMENT
<br />CENTRAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE AREA, in the state of Nebraska, herein called the
<br />Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances connected
<br />therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4, SW1 /4), Section Twenty Nine (29), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West, of the 6 PM, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the
<br />centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement and right -of -way being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot Thirty Three (33), Brentwood Third
<br />Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence running along the West
<br />line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4,SW1/4), Section
<br />Twenty Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 PM
<br />on an assumed bearing of S01 °28'30 "E, a distance of four hundred fifty and two
<br />tenths (450.2) feet; thence N88 °21'50E, along the centerline of an existing sixteen
<br />(16.0) foot wide easement described in Document 90- 102855, recorded in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, a distance of three hundred
<br />twenty and four hundredths (320.04) feet to the ACTUAL Point of Beginning; thence
<br />N01 °38'30 "W, a distance of fifty seven and eighty four hundredths (57.84) feet;
<br />thence N88 °47'19 "E, a distance of seven hundred sixty and sixty four hundredths
