We had no actual knowledge of the termination, by the Principal's death or by revocation, of the power of attorney <br />by which we were appointed, and that the power of attorney was in full force and effect. <br />2. That Joy L. Pettit, Principal, was a living person at the time of delivery. <br />3. That we have joined in unanimous agreement and consent with all other duly constituted and appointed attorneys -in- <br />fact for Joy L. Pettit, Principal, in all actions necessary to transfer said real estate. <br />4.
