Myers and Heather Myers, husband and wife, Kirby L. Myers and <br />Denise D. Myers, husband and wife, and Kelly J. Myers and Leigh Myers, husband and <br />wife, collectively GRANTORS, and Corey J. Myers, Kirby L. Myers and Kelly J. Myers, <br />GRANTEES, as tenants in common and not as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. <br />Grantors and Grantees execute this document for the sole purpose of consolidating <br />two (2) adjoining tracts of land situated in Section 2, Township 11 North, Range 12 West <br />of the 6 P.M., Hall County, which tracts are owned by Grantor and Grantee into one (1) <br />tract.
