Section 76 -201): <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the W' /z of the SW' /< of Section 4, in the Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the <br />6th p.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the East right -of -way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad Spur with the northerly <br />line of Rain's First Addition (also being the northerly line of Robert's Street); thence northerly along said railroad <br />right -of -way line, a distance of 109 feet; thence easterly parallel to the northerly line of said Rain's First Addition, a <br />distance of 238.7 feet; thence southerly parallel to said railroad right -of -way line, a distance of 109 feet, to the northerly <br />line of said Rain's First Addition; thence westerly along the northerly line of said Rain's First Addition, a distance of <br />238.7 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.597 acres, more or less. <br />EXECUTED this day of June, 2001. <br />William E.
