Upon the occurrence of <br />any such Event of Default, unless waived by the <br />Security Trustee, the provisions of this <br />subparagraph (b) shall immediately become and <br />remain null and void and of no force and effect. <br />Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained <br />herein and except for junior assignments,.. "if any,• <br />..permitted under the Financing Documents;:'the Lessee <br />has.'essigned to the Security Trustee all.'of its right, <br />title-and interest in and to the Leases.. However, the <br />Security Trustee has not assumed any of ;the Lessee's <br />obligation's,under the Leases, except as specifically <br />provided h'drein.
