<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed Carol K Franzen and Dennis P Franzen, wife and
<br />husband, as Trustors to John Q Bachman, Attorney at Law, Trustee for the benefit of First Mortgage Company L.L.C., an
<br />Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 17, 2012 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register, of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, on April 23, 2012, Document Number #201203191 has been paid: and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate
