<br />foot wide easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as follows:

<br />Subdivision; thence westerly along the southerly line of said Lot One
<br />(1), a distance of three hundred thirty two (332.0) feet to the Actual
<br />Point of Beginning; thence northerly, parallel with the easterly line of
<br />said Lot One (1), a distance of three hundred seven (307.0) feet.
