�- <br />SUBDIVISION SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT T ss—ioso7l <br />REPLAT OF LOT FIFTEEN, GRAND ISLAND MALL EIGHTH SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, GRAND ISLAND MALI, LTD., a Nebraska limited partnership, <br />hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a.tract of land comprising all of Lot Fifteen <br />(25), Grand Island Mall Eighth Subdivision, situated in' part of the East Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter (E'%MV4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6th PAA,, in Grand Island, Hall C,6unty, Nebraska, said tract <br />containing 0.803 acre, more or less, desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the <br />above - described tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, aitd, hereby submits. to the City . Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision, to <br />FIAT OF --!W- r":.tiRANU ISLAND MALL. EIGHTH <br />SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land,to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the lots and easements belonging to such ubdivrsi6i , :with lots designated by numbers and <br />e*ments. by dimensions, and :proposes to cause the plat'of such subdivision when-finally <br />approved by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged <br />by 'such owner, certified as to accuracy of survey; ,1i1' a registered land surveyor, and to. <br />contain a dedication of the tastments to the use and benefits of public utilities.
