<br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED 
<br />Warranty deed made July 27 , 2001, by LEE A. BRUHN and JOLEEN A. BRUHN, husband 
<br />and wife, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, as grantors. 
<br />In consideration of the payment of FORTY -NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS 
<br />($49,900.00), and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, grantors grant,

<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants, and to the heirs and assigns of the survivor, forever. 
<br />And grantors covenant with grantee and with grantee's heirs and assigns that grantors are lawfully 
<br />seised of the described property; that it is free from encumbrance; that grantors have good right and lawful
