Grantors also agree -that the fee interest of Grauitee hereby <br />shall not merge with the interest of Grantee under said Deed of Trust but shall remain at all times <br />separate and distinct from the lien of the Deed of Trust_ The Property shall be subject to the <br />valid and continuous lien of the Deed of Trust, subject only to written and recorded release <br />thereof by Grantee. <br />This deed is an absolute conveyance.
