<br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference ( "Leased Premises ") pursuant to that certain
<br />GroundLease, dated as of be oteM6er 22,2COQ between Landlord, as landlord, and Tenant, as
<br />tenant, and a Memorandum of Ground Lease, dated Seof-eAtlaer ZZ 2000 and recorded
