<br />r Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights
<br />` necessary for the full and complete use, occupa4tion# and
<br />enjoyaent of the easement herein granted, including but not
<br />limited to the right to place electrical line anchors, or anchors
<br />with guy wires attached thereto, on Grantors' property; to
<br />remove, clear, and keep clear trees, bushes..he►dgesp undergrowth#
<br />and other obstructions interfering with the surveying,
<br />construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement,
<br />extension, removal, or.. operation of such overhead electrical
<br />utility lines and appurtenances. No structures, buildings,
<br />f0fices, or other obstructions of any kind whatsoever, shall be
<br />,-allowed in, upon, above, along, across, over, or through the
<br />eatsement herein granted.
<br />The parties hereto agree that the Grantor may continue to use
<br />the easement area herelxr granted for any other use permitted by
<br />law, that does not interfere'. with the operation and maintenance
<br />of the overhead eleetrical utility lines and appurtenances
<br />constructed therein.

<br />All overhead electricaZ; utility lines, poles, anchors,
<br />terminals, transformera, cables, conductorso ar&tface'-markers, and
<br />other appurtenances connected therewith, placed.in,,upon, above,
<br />along, *Cross, over, and through such easement shall reaAin. the
<br />property of the Grantee; and. may be removed or replaced at; any
<br />time.

<br />The Grantor for itself, its heirs, successors, 'Aii4: assigns,
<br />heteby covenant that the rights, and privileges herein granted
<br />shall run with the title to such tract of land; and shall. be
<br />binding upon-the Grantor, its heirs, successors, and assigns.
