Engel, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Michael J. Tye, as Trustee, for the <br />benefit of Janna Cornelius and Roland Engel as Trustees of the Raymond C. Engel <br />Trust dated April 26, 1999, as Beneficiary, dated August 14, 2009, and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst. # 200906852, on August <br />18, 2009, has been paid in full and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed <br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, <br />title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />The Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 11 North, Range 11 West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />On this 6th day of August, 2018, before me the undersigned, a Notary Public duly <br />commissioned and qualified for said County, personally came Michael J.
