<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the C\y \
<br />Conditional Assignment to FIVE POINTS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA
<br />(Secured Party) by David C. Powers and Rosemary Powers, of a Lease dated July,
<br />2001, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and David C. Powers and Rosemary Powers
<br />are the Lessees, such lease commenced July-21 , 2001, and terminates July _��k2 , 2036 and
<br />pertains to:
<br />Lot Twenty -One (21) situated on the West side of the West Portion of Kuester
<br />Lake and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E '/2 SW 1/4)
<br />of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to Five
<br />Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional security for payment of a Note in the
<br />amount of SEVENTY -FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75,000.00) and a Financing
<br />Statement or mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said
<br />Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
