Powers and Rosemary Powers, husband and wife, ASSIGNORS, do hereby <br />assign to FIVE POINTS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as <br />additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of <br />SEVENTY -FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75,000.00) the Lease dated July .� 7 2001, <br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the <br />following - described premises: <br />Lot Twenty -One (2 1) situated on the West side of the West Portion of Kuester <br />Lake and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E '/2 SW <br />1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of Seventy -five Thousand <br />Dollars ($75,000.00) plus interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement <br />given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter <br />be null and void and of no further force nor effect. <br />.DATED: July r 7 �' , 2001. <br />David C.
