<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 08/04/2016 and recorded on 08/04/2016, recorded as Instrument #201605045;
<br />Construction Deed of Trust dated 02/14/2017 and recorded on 02/21/2017, recorded as Instrument
<br />#201701113; executed by N. P. Builders, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in which
<br />Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and
<br />that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee,
<br />for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by N. P. Builders. LLC. a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Sixteen (16), Block Two (2), Northview First Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on July 31. 2018.

<br />personally came Nathan W. Perry, Market President — CEO of Pinnacle Bank, a Corporation, to me

<br />voluntary act and deed of said corporation.
