McDermott, <br />Trustee; D & A Investments, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Beneficiary; and Zoul <br />Properties, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on December 15, <br />2017, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall and identified as Instrument <br />No. 201708553, conveys to Trustee, John B. McDermott, successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot One (1), Block Twelve (12), Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />appertaining. <br />B.
