DEFREHN, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER <br />THE WANDA I DEFREHN TRUST OF 2013, hereby surrender and terminate the Lease <br />agreement by which she is the Lessee and Kuester Lake, Inc. is Lessor, said Lease <br />signed by Lessee, dated July 15, 2014, and recorded on July 21, 2014, as Instrument No. <br />201404467, said Lease pertains to: <br />Lot Nineteen (19), having a Lake Front footage of 72 feet, situated on the <br />West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake and being a part of the <br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EY2SWY) in Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, bounded on the Westerly side by the Common Road. <br />The undersigned certify that they have sold their dwelling house on the leased <br />premises to Jon P.
