<br />SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTERS LAKE AND BEING A PART OF THE E1 /2
<br />SW1 /4 IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 11, RNAGE 9, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. BOUNDED
<br />ON THE NORTHWESTERLY SIDE BY A COMMON ROAD; SUCH LOT IS AS SHOWN ON PLAT IN
<br />THE POSSESSION OF THE LESSER.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $ 2 5 ,10 0.5 0 ___ , witli
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no
<br />further force nor effect.
