1 <br />�9-- 102947 <br />6. Parking space striping shall be applied to the joint parking lot <br />herein created and curb stops installed accordingly. <br />7. Stohs will contribute the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($19000.00) <br />to the construction of the joint parking lot herein created; Bungers will <br />contribute the balance of the funds necessary to construct said joint parking <br />lot. <br />B. Bungers grant to Stohs and their successors in title a perpetual <br />easement over and across that portion of the joint parking lot herein created <br />which lies on Parcel I for the purpose of providing access to and use of that <br />part of the joint parking lot located on Parcel I to the owners, occupants, <br />and invitees of the commercial office spaces located on Parcels II and III. <br />9. Stohs grant to Rungers and their successors in title a perpetual:= <br />easement over and across that portion of the joint parking lot herein created <br />which lies on Parcels II and III for the purpose of providing access to and <br />use of that part of the joint parking lot located an.
