Mehring and Marla R. Mehring, Husband and Wife , <br />hereinafter referred to as "Horrower . <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto <br />Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust upon that real <br />estate described as: <br />Lot Two (2) in Sandy Beach Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />which ' Peed of Trust was dated August 15 ,, 19 88, and filed for <br />record , an -uous t 19 , 19 88 in the of ce of the Register of <br />Deeds Of Hall County, Nebraska, as DocuMent' jta. 88- 104597 ; <br />Febr aryR AS, such Deed of Trust had a stated maturity date of <br />R 19 89 % <br />WREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew <br />and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal.'and <br />extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with <br />NEB. REV. STAT. $ 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the <br />Deed of Trust above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the <br />above -descr a Deed of Trust is hereby extended to May 30 , <br />19 90. <br />2.
