JACKSON, a single person, of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as grantor. <br />In consideration of the payment of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the <br />receipt of which is acknowledged, grantor grants, bargains, sells, and conveys to JAMES O. JACKSON and <br />SALLY R. JACKSON, husband and wife, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, as joint tenants, and <br />not as tenants in common, with full right of survivorship, the whole estate to vest in the survivor in the <br />event of the death of either, the real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) located at 12500 Bluff <br />Center Road, Wood River, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), J. & S. Riley Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the described property together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances <br />belonging to such property to grantees and to grantees' heirs and assigns forever. <br />And grantor covenants with grantees and with grantees' heirs and assigns that grantor is lawfully <br />seised of the described property; that it is free from encumbrance, except that evidenced by Deeds of Trust <br />filed as Documents No. 98- 111878 and No. 98- 111880 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office; that <br />grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey such property; and that grantor warrants and will <br />defend the title to such property against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />Executed September 23, 2000. <br />DANA J.
