Please return to: <br />Catrina DeLosh <br />"ublic Works Department <br />PO Box 1968 <br />Grand Island, NE 68802 <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT - AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />This Amendment relates to the License Agreement executed on April 13, 2018, (the "Agreement ") <br />by and between the City of Grand Island, a municipality organized and existing under the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska, having its principal office in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called <br />Licensor, and Coranco Great Plains, Inc., hereinafter called Licensee, (collectively, the "Parties "). <br />1. AMENDED PROVISIONS. Article I of the original agreement is hereby amended to allow for <br />additional monitoring well locations on the Licensor's public right -of -way as indicated on the <br />attached Figure 1, dated 2018/6/6. The additional well placements will be performed for the <br />purpose of environmental characterization. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE.
