<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />SHERIFF'S DEED
<br />(n
<br />WHEREAS, in an action in District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Al A.
<br />Avery is Plaintiff, and Chris Lee Glasenapp, Trisha Deanne Thomas, Valerie Hetrick, General
<br />Collection Co., Professional Services, Inc., Janeen M. Edwards, County of Hall, and all persons
<br />having or claiming any interest in or to a tract of land described as follows: Lot Thirty -two (32),
<br />in Argo Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, all real names unknown, are Defendants,
<br />said Plaintiff did obtain a Decree finding that there is due from Chris Lee Glasenapp to Plaintiff
<br />the sum of Six Thousand Four Hundred Eighty -one and 62/100 Dollars ($6,481.62) together with
<br />interest thereon, attorney fees and court costs; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the event of default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by the said Chris Lee Glasenapp, that Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff
<br />of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and tenements thereafter described to be
<br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of said
<br />County, under and by virtue of the said Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the
<br />2 day of May, 2018, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island
<br />in the said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said
<br />sale by publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public
<br />auction to Exclusive Properties, P.C. for the sum of Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy -
<br />one and no /100 Dollars ($7,771.00), which sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry J.
<br />Watson as such Sheriff was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to Exclusive
<br />Properties, P.C.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law in
<br />the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to Exclusive Properties, P.C. the
<br />property described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Thirty -two (32), in Argo Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />with all appurtenances thereto attached.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Exclusive Properties, P.C., its heirs
<br />and assigns, and to them and their use forever.
