<br />WHEREAS, in an action in District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Al A.
<br />Avery is Plaintiff, and Marjorie F. Bellairs, City of Grand Island, County of Hall, Nebraska, a
<br />Body Politic and Corporate, and all persons having or claiming any interest in or to a tract of
<br />land described as follows: Lot Three (3), Sharp Acres Subdivision to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, all real names unknown, are Defendants, said Plaintiff did obtain a
<br />Decree finding that there is due from Marjorie F. Bellairs to Plaintiff the sum of Eleven
<br />Thousand One Hundred Twenty and 79/100 Dollars ($11,120.79) together with interest thereon,
<br />attorney fees and court costs; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the event of default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by the said Marjorie F. Bellairs, that Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of
<br />said County of Hall, should cause the lands and tenements thereafter described to be advertised
<br />and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of said
<br />County, under and by virtue of the said Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the
<br />25 day of April, 2018, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island
<br />in the said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said
<br />sale by publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand Island Independent, a
<br />newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public
<br />auction to Huff Home Solutions, LLC for the sum of Ninety -two Thousand and no /100 Dollars
<br />($92,000.00), which sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry J. Watson as such Sheriff was
<br />ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to Huff Home Solutions, LLC.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law in
<br />the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to Huff Home Solutions, LLC the
<br />property described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Sharp Acres Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Huff Home Solutions, LLC, its heirs
<br />and assigns, and to them and their use forever.
