d <br />4 <br />201804889 <br />2. A temporary construction easement containing 2.81 acres, more or less, in the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 3. The terms of such easement are as stated in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto. The easement area is as described and shown on <br />Exhibit "D" attached hereto. <br />Exhibits "A" through "D" are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Such easement areas are to be taken for the purpose of utilizing such real estate as part of an <br />earthen levee project for flood prevention and control and the prevention of damage from flood <br />water and sediment. The undersigned appraisers also carefully inspected and viewed the real <br />estate described and any other property for which any interested party claimed any damage, and <br />heard the claims of all interested parties to damages, in accordance with the Order of <br />Appointment herein. <br />4. Said appraisers did meet on the 2nd date of December, 2016 at 1:30 o'clock p.m., <br />to assess the damages that the Condemnees sustained by the taking of the real estate hereinabove <br />described by the Condemner, at which time said appraisers did receive evidence relative to the <br />amount of damages that will be sustained. <br />5. The amount of damages that will be sustained by the Condemnees, who are the <br />owners and other interest holders of said real estate, by reason of the taking thereof by the <br />Condemner for the Condemner's levee project, is as hereafter found and assessed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned appraisers do hereby find and assess the damages <br />that will be suffered by reason of the taking of the real estate for the levee project for flood <br />prevention and control and the prevention of damage from flood water and sediment by the <br />Condemner as follows: <br />
