<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among Charles M
<br />Hagedorn and Julie A Hagedorn, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and
<br />Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated July 27, 2000,
<br />and recorded on July 27, 2-000, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 200006084 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by S
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as G
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior,,as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
