Lowry and JoEllen Falch, being first duly sworn upon their oaths, depose and 1. That the Affiants are the successor cotrustees of the Robert W. Lowry Revocable Trust dated May 30, 2013, under which the Robert W. Lowry Trust "A" was established (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). 2. That on or about April 30, 2018, the Affiants became the successor cotrustees of the said Trust following the death of Iva B, Lowry on April 25, 2018, the trustee of said Trust, a certified copy of her death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and upon signing an Acceptance to Act as Successor Cotrustees under the Robert W. Lowry Revocable Trust dated May 30, 2013, an original of which is attached as Exhibit "B ". 3. That the Affiants remains the sole cotrustees of the said Trust as of this date. 4.
