KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />THOMAS UNREIN AND MARY P UNREIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE C�
<br />to AREND RZAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOC4TION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated OCTOBER 23, 1992 and recorded OCTOBER 29. 1992 in the Office of the REGISTER OF
<br />DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT NO 92- 109361 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
