Bahensky, Trustee <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />Thomas Echeverria and Brandy Echeverria, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Damon T. <br />Bahensky, as Trustee, for the benefit of Kent M. Holsten and Barbara G. Holsten, husband and <br />wife, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 1, 2010, and recorded in the Office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, at Instrument No. 201004517, has been paid or otherwise <br />discharged, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment or discharge and in accordance with <br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, <br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises but only <br />as to such premises: <br />The South Half of the West Half (S'4W %Z) of Lot One (1), Vantine's <br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract deeded to the City of Grand Island more <br />particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 164, page 133. <br />DATED: July 2 2018. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this July g , 2018, by Damon T. <br />Bahensky, as Trustee. <br />
