KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />THOMAS J HERMAN AND EMILY A BERMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R IJAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of ROME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MAY 18,108 8 and recorded MAY 22, 1998 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS OF
<br />HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT NO 98- 104915 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11) IN BLOCK "A" IN PARKVIEW SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND.
