Depue, Trustee, and states that: <br />1. He is Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in the office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 201500490. <br />2. That Jeremy M. Encinger and Brooke D. Encinger, husband and wife, are <br />the Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Ronald S. Depue as Trustee <br />under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Marvin K. <br />Nietfeld and Victoria A. Neitfeld. <br />4. The legal description of the said real property is as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Thirty -three (33), in the Original Town of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the <br />Beneficiary and Successor Trustee have elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust <br />property to satisfy the obligation, to -wit: failure to pay note installments. <br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has not been cured, the <br />Successor Trustee is entitled to give Notice of Sale according to law. <br />This Notice of Default is being recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds as <br />provided by law. <br />Dated this / t day of — 5 - , ( l , 2018. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me this day of <br />2018, by Ronald S.
